KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES / KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)


Act as a hands-on technical resource and following system administrator instruction to manage local server;
Communicate with internal clients, vendor partners, and stakeholders;
Support system changes and adapt the new environment based on company standards;
Help to execute ongoing administration and health maintenance plans, procedures, and operations which provide from system administrator;
Installation and management of Microsoft Domain Controllers, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy;
Provide a high level of customer service through phone, email and face to face support for all group users;
Support desktop PCs, notebook, telephones, printers and audio/visual equipment;
Analyze and recommend new technologies as appropriate for use by the business;
Provide technical assistance and work direction to aide other employees.



KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE

Mandatory:

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 / 2008 Administrator
Microsoft Windows XP / 7;
Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007 / 2010;
Video Conference (Polycom);
Understanding of audio visual equipment;
VoIP Telephone (Cisco);
TCP/IP Network;
Lotus Notes E-mail Client;
Experience in Arcserve backup solution product
Mobile Technologies (Blackberry, iOS, Android);
VMware knowledge would be an advantage


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory:

College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 3-4 years equivalent work experience.
